GEALAN pays particular attention to the technical, economic and ecological balance of the systems. Therefore, the development of the GEALAN-LINEAR® system is oriented towards a wide variety of requirements.

The 74 mm technology, the latest development in the 70 mm segment, ensures high stability with modern functional glazing and, thanks to the multi-chamber design, provides more safety, sound and heat insulation. The universality of the system culminates in the rectilinear design, thus following the minimalist trend of modern architecture.

Rectilinear shape language

The system is oriented towards a consistent language of rectilinear forms, as is the current architectural standard. A matching range of glazing beads extends the consistent design of the exterior also into the interior. The minimalist

Thermal insulation

The GEALAN-LINEAR® system has very good technical thermal insulation characteristics with a construction depth of 74mm. The six chambers in the frame and five chambers in the sash support good thermal insulation. The innovative central seal effectively interrupts the thermal bridge from the inside out. The thermal insulation characteristics have been tested and approved by the IFT Institute in Rosenheim.

Customised design

GEALAN-LINEAR® is available in numerous colours and designs. The coloured foils can be applied individually: on the outside or on both sides in a uniform design or in different colours on the inside and outside. In addition, foils with different surface structures are available. The selection here ranges from classic structures to smooth surfaces and window profiles with RealWood decorative wood foils.

Statik

The STV® (static dry glazing) bonding technology developed by GEALAN consists of bonding the glass and the profile sheet with an adhesive tape specially designed for window construction while maintaining the usual glass fit.

Colours available for GEALAN-LINEAR®.

GEALAN offers a multitude of possibilities for creating coloured PVC windows. One of them is the proven GEALAN-acrylcolor® surface technology. The coloured acrylic coating is scratch-resistant, easy to clean and weather-resistant. Windows with GEALAN-acrylcolor® technology thus meet the highest technical and functional requirements for innovative and colourful surfaces.

GEALAN’s extensive range of decorative films also offers numerous design options for coloured window and door profiles. The standard delivery programme already offers a wide range of colour variants. Other shades and textures are available on request depending on the product.
